Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Alpha Prodigy subscriptions offered by MAVEN PRODIGY ALGORITHMIC CORPORATION.

Subscription Services

Alpha Prodigy subscriptions provide access to digital software and services. Pricing and billing frequency are disclosed before purchase.

Refund Requests

Completed subscription charges are generally non-refundable once service access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where we or our payment provider approve a refund because of a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, billing error, material service issue, or other appropriate circumstance.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not normally reverse charges for a billing period already begun.

Payment Provider

Payments may be processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record where applicable. Approved refunds may therefore be processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
