These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Alpha Prodigy, a financial-intelligence software service provided by MAVEN PRODIGY ALGORITHMIC CORPORATION.

Alpha Prodigy Service

Alpha Prodigy provides software tools for financial analysis, portfolio intelligence, watchlists, research, scenario analysis, risk analysis, evidence evaluation, and related decision-support functions.

Financial Information Disclaimer

Alpha Prodigy provides analytical and informational software. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, it does not provide individualized investment, brokerage, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Users remain responsible for their own financial and investment decisions.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Available plans, pricing, billing intervals, and included functionality are disclosed before purchase. Payments may be processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record where applicable.

Renewals and Cancellation

Recurring subscriptions renew according to the billing interval disclosed at checkout unless canceled. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse charges already incurred.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Alpha Prodigy Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use Alpha Prodigy to violate law, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfere with service security or availability, or circumvent technical restrictions.

Intellectual Property

Alpha Prodigy software, interfaces, documentation, branding, methods, and associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to MAVEN PRODIGY ALGORITHMIC CORPORATION except where third-party ownership is expressly identified.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Illinois and the United States, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
